RadioRA 3 is Lutron’s all-wireless residential system, sized for homes that need the reliability of Clear Connect without pulling a control cable. Sunnata keypads, dimmers and switches are native Clear Connect Type X devices and form a mesh; Pico remotes, Radio Powr Savr sensors and Serena shades join on Clear Connect Type A. Up to four processors can be joined, giving 200 Type X devices and roughly 190 Type A devices system-wide across 200 zones. Auxiliary repeaters extend Type A coverage; Type X range is handled by the mesh itself, so Sunnata devices must be placed within 75 ft of the processor and within 25 ft of at least two other Type X devices.
