• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated • Prices are subject to change without notice until order confirmation • Orders are binding upon written acceptance by LED WORLD • Custom/bespoke products may require non-refundable deposits • Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed

• All content on this website is owned by LED WORLD or licensed partners • Technical documents, drawings, and specifications remain our property • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission • Product images are representative and may vary from actual products

When you upload project documents or share technical information: • Your documents are treated as confidential business information • We do not share your project details with competitors • Technical specifications may be shared with manufacturing partners under NDA • You may request a formal NDA for sensitive projects For formal NDA requirements, contact legal@ledworld.com

• Standard warranty periods are specified per product category • Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions • Warranty is void if products are modified, misused, or improperly installed • Extended warranty options are available upon request • Full warranty terms are provided with each quotation

• LED WORLD liability is limited to the value of products/services supplied • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages • Force majeure events may affect delivery and are not grounds for claims • Site conditions affecting installation are the client's responsibility

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
