Return & Refund Policy

Return periods by product type: • Standard products: 14 days from receipt • Lighting fixtures: 7 days (unused, original packaging) • Custom/bespoke products: Non-returnable • Sample products: Subject to sample loan program Products must be in original condition with all accessories.

Products can be returned if they are: • Unused and in original packaging • With all accessories and documentation • Without any damage from use • Accompanied by original purchase receipt • Within the specified return period

The following cannot be returned: • Custom and made-to-order products • Installed or modified chandeliers • Used or installed products • Products without original packaging • Cut LED strips • Clearance and sale items • Products past the return period

Return steps: 1. Contact us at returns@ledworld.ae 2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number 3. Securely repackage the product 4. Ship the product or deliver to nearest showroom 5. Product will be inspected within 2-3 business days 6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless product is defective.

Refund policy: • Full refund for defective products • Refund minus restocking fee (15%) for standard returns • Refund to original payment method • Credit cards: 5-10 business days • Bank transfer: 3-5 business days Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For defective products: • Report defect within 48 hours of receipt • Send clear photos of the defect • We will arrange replacement or full refund • No shipping charges for defective returns Defects from improper installation are not covered.
